To tackle these challenges, enterprise leaders can invest in automation, information technology, and equipment to replace manual mining methods. This investment can enhance mining efficiency and quality, reduce production risks, lower management costs, and improve the overall operation and development of coal enterprises. This paper provides an analysis of the implementation of automation and information technology in coal mine production.
