PUA s a new type of social behavior that has emerged in recent years. The perpetrators wander between the boundaries of law and morality, commit crimes in the name of "love tutorials", and often deceive the public through the appearance of legitimate companies. As a complex harmful behavior, PUA is harmful to society and violates many rights and interests of victims. Therefore, it is necessary for us to analyze this behavior from a legal perspective. The law involved is ambiguous and the characterization is difficult. The author tries to analyze the nature of the crime from the perspective of the subject of the crime. By discussing the characterization of the illegality of suicide and PUA behavior, it is believed that the suicide death caused by the PUA behavior should be regarded as the indirect principal of the crime of intentional homicide and intentional injury. Finally, from the purpose of fighting crime, the author puts forward some suggestions to lmit the occurrence of PUA harmful behaviors.
